The loss drops TC3 to 1-7 overall and 0-2 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Onondaga now stands at 7-2 overall and 2-0 in the MSAC. -

Panthers Open Season On the Road Against NCAA Team
March 07, 2026The Panthers lacrosse team traveled to Pennsylvania to open the 2026 season, playing at NCAA Division III King’s College. The home team opened strong and cruised past the Panthers, taking the game by a 17-2 final. King’s College is now 2-2 this season. -
Ten Panthers Honored by NJCAA for Academic Excellence
July 25, 2025Ten Tompkins Cortland Community College student-athletes have been honored for their academic excellence by the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA). All ten were named NJCAA Region 3 Academic All-Region while eight also garnered national NJCAA All-Academic Team honors. -

April 26, 2025Playing in the lacrosse playoffs for the first time since 2019, the Panthers lacrosse team lost in the Region 3-A Championship Game to top-seed Onondaga Community College on Saturday. The 35-2 defeat to the nationally ranked Lazers ends TC3’s season with a record of 4-6 overall. -
Panthers Close Regular Season with 23-7 Win
April 16, 2025The Panthers closed out the lacrosse regular season with a 23-7 win over Finger Lakes Community College. The home win leaves the Panthers with a record of 4-5 overall, 4-3 in Region 3, and 2-2 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Finger Lakes drops to 0-8 overall, 0-7 in Region 3, and 0-4 in the MSAC. -
Non-Region Loss for Panthers Lacrosse
April 12, 2025A Saturday morning face-off in Maryland gave the Panthers lacrosse team a chance for an out-of-region contest. The game in Maryland ended with the Panthers on the short end of a 16-8 final to Anne Arundel Community College. TC3 is now 3-5, Anne Arundel improves to 4-10. -

The men’s golf and women’s soccer teams were named NJCAA Academic Teams of the Year for having a team GPA of better than 3.0. -

Panthers Fall to #4-Ranked Onondaga
April 16, 2024The Panthers men’s lacrosse team got overwhelmed by #4-ranked Onondaga Community College on Tuesday, losing 30-1. Tompkins Cortland is now 2-5 overall and 2-3 in Region 3. Onondaga improves to 8-3 overall and 6-0 in region. The Lazers also improved to 3-0 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference, clinching the conference championship. -

April 12, 2024A tight game into the fourth quarter got away from the Panthers men’s lacrosse team on Friday as Hudson Valley Community College pulled away to hand the Panthers a 14-6 defeat. April 06, 2024A slow start was too much to overcome as the Panthers men’s lacrosse team lost to Herkimer College on Saturday, 15-4. The Panthers, who earlier in the week learned they would be awarded a forfeit win for the season-opening game against Monroe Community College, now stand at 2-3 overall and 2-1 in Region 3. Herkimer is 5-5 overall and 3-1 in region. -

March 24, 2024The Tompkins Cortland Community College men’s lacrosse team returned to action Sunday after two weeks off, hosting #3-ranked Community College of Baltimore County Essex. The visiting Knights lived up to their ranking, rolling to a 31-1 win. Tompkins Cortland is now 0-2 while Essex improves to 4-1. -

March 09, 2024Playing at home for the first time this season, the Tompkins Cortland Community College men’s lacrosse team fell into an early hole and could never recover, losing 22-9 to Monroe Community College. The Panthers are now 0-2 on the season; it was the first game of the year for Monroe. -
Panthers Lacrosse Opens Season in New Jersey
March 03, 2024To open the 2024 season, the Tompkins Cortland Community College men’s lacrosse season hit the road for a game in New Jersey against Sussex County Community College. Squaring off against the Skylanders, the Panthers took an early lead but couldn’t hold on, falling by a 9-7 final. The Panthers are now 0-1; it was the first win in three games this season for Sussex.
