Coach Robson joined the TC3 coaching staff in 2025-26, bringing nearly a decade of experience coaching at the AAU level. He has helped develop multiple players who have gone on to compete at the Division I levels by emphasizing player development, leadership, and building a positive team culture. Dedicated to mentoring student-athletes on and off the court, he helps players reach their full potential both competitively and personally by prioritizing accountability, academic success, and character development.
