Panthers Win Streak Snapped at Four Games

The Panthers four-game winning streak was snapped on Saturday as TC3 lost at Finger Lakes Community College, 84-78. The win was the fourth in a row for TC3, who now improves to 7-6 overall and 4-3 in Mid-State Athletic Conference games. Finger Lakes is now 5-11 overall and 1-5 in the MSAC.

The game featured 11 lead changes, with the last coming late in the second half when the Lakers used an 8-0 run to pass the Panthers and lead 74-69. TC3 pulled to within two points three times over the final three minutes, but couldn't regain the lead and the Lakers made 5-of-6 free throws over the closing seconds to seal the win.

Jah-Mel Bruce led four Panthers in double figures, netting 20 points. Kashif Summers, Jr. had a double-double of 18 points and 17 rebounds, and Malachi Brown and Reggie Roberson each had 10 points.
