A 61-point second half helped the Panthers rally for a 92-85 home win over SUNY Broome on Sunday. The win improves TC3 to 4-5 overall and 2-2 in the Mid-State Athletic Conference. Broome drops to 3-7 overall and 2-1 in the MSAC.
The Panthers trailed 45-31 at the half, but came storming back behind the trio of Kashif Summers, Jr., Jah-Mel Bruce, and Malachi Brown. Summers finished with game highs of 29 points and 16 rebounds, followed closely by Brown with 28 points and 7 rebounds. Bruce filled up the stat line with 19 points, 11 rebounds, 6 assists, 4 steals, and 4 blocks.
